ConceptDraw OFFICE 2 is an integrated set of visualization products and document exchange technologies. This product suite includes a diagramming platform, a mind mapping, and a project management tool. INGYRE2 module inside the ConceptDraw OFFICE will let you exchange of project management data between applications. The MINDMAP tool lets you automate production of final documents and presentations.

Objects in the drawing module will automatically change based on changes in external data sources, building dashboards and dynamic presentations from your data. Project management is supported by modules such as PM Made Easy, PM Agile, PM Response, PM Team, PM Docs, PM Presentations, PM Meeting, PM Planning, PM Dashboards and Personal Time Management. These work seamlessly with mind maps, Gantt charts, Pert charts, presentations, to-do lists, schematics, dashboards, management reports, budget status, meeting agendas, resource usage tables, and other metrics with a single click. The MINDMAP module lets you manage and organize Processes, Brainstorming & Thought Organization. The interface is simple and intuitive and should be easy to get used to for users this is meant for. This is a very good product.
